Cancellation Policy

60 days or more prior to departure: 40% refund of the total you paid.
59 days to 0 days before departure: no refund.

Reschedule

You can reschedule up to 65 days before your trip (for shared trips).

Emergency

If an emergency, force majeure, riot, bad weather, government regulations or other reasons occur, which result in the ship being unable to sail at that time, then you have the following options:

Reschedule your trip date.
Get a 70% refund.
