DAY 1: LABUAN BAJO & GILI LAWA LAUT
On arrival in Labuan Bajo in the morning, our crew will meet you and escort you to our boat ready to sail to the northernmost part of Komodo National Park. Here, you will swim with schools of fish of varying species including trevally, groupers, sweetlips, barracudas and white tip reef sharks. In the afternoon, we will take a hike to a spectacular viewpoint from where we can are see Lamima anchored in the bay below.
DAY 2: KARANG MAKASSAR & SOUTH RINCA ISLAND
After a short morning sailing, we arrive in Karang Makassar, one of the best locations in the park to snorkel with manta rays. During lunch, we’ll set sail for South Rinca (Nusa Kode) to see the Komodo Dragon (the world’s largest lizard) on the beach. We will observe them from our speed boat and we will be able to witness their life in their natural element with nobody around us. In the evening we will sail to Padar Island where we will anchor for the night.
DAY 3: PADAR & BIDADARI
A beautiful island with spectacular scenery and a great place to see the legendary pink sand that’s unique to this area. We can hike up the hill with a breathtaking view of the bay and then enjoy some watersport.
During lunch, we will reposition the boat to Bidadari where the crew will set up a memorable barbecue for our last evening.
DAY 4: LABUAN BAJO
For your final morning, take one last swim or a quick watersports session before we transfer you back to the port by tender from where a private vehicle will take you to Labuan Bajo Airport, for your onward journey.
DAY 1: GILI LAWA DARAT
After arriving in Labuan Bajo, you will be transferred by a private vehicle to our tender and welcomed aboard Lamima. From here, we will set sail for Gili Lawa Darat, a beautifully sheltered bay and the perfect introduction to Komodo. Enjoy some of the watersports available or simply relax until the early evening when we hike to a spectacular vantage point to enjoy panoramic sunset views.
DAY 2: SANGEANG
Today, we sail to Sangeang taking in fantastic views of Mount Sangeang; an active volcano which last erupted in 2014. Thanks
to the rich volcanic activity, Sangeang boasts stunning black sand beaches and the vivid bright coral reef which you can explore either by diving or snorkeling. There will also be an opportunity to visit a local village to observe traditional boat-building techniques.
DAY 3: GILI BANTA
Today’s calling point is the perfect spot for a relaxed day of walks on the long white sand beach or perhaps some watersports in a sheltered bay surrounded by beautiful scenery as jet skiing is allowed in this area. With its hard coral gardens, it’s a great place for shallow and drift diving with the possibility of swimming with Manta Rays. In the afternoon, the crew will head to the beach to set up a barbecue for the evening.
DAY 4: GILI LAWA LAUT
In the morning we sail to the northernmost part of Komodo National Park. Here, you will swim with schools of fish of varying species including trevally, groupers, sweetlips, barracudas and white tip reef sharks. In the afternoon, we will take a hike to a spectacular viewpoint from where we can see Lamima anchored in the bay below.
DAY 5: KARANG MAKASSAR & PADAR ISLAND
After a short morning sailing, we arrive in Karang Makassar, one of the best locations in the park to snorkel with manta rays. During lunch, we’ll set sail for Padar Island. A beautiful island with spectacular scenery and a great place to see the legendary pink sand that’s unique to this area. Later we can hike up to a breathtaking vantage point to watch the sunset.
DAY 6: SOUTH RINCA
In the morning sail to South Rinca, one of the region’s best dive sites. Here you will get to experience the best of what Komodo National Park has to offer. Swim with nudibranch, turtles, sea snakes and frogfish amongst some of the most colorful coral in Indonesia. After lunch, we will take you by tender to the shore where you will be able to see the world’s largest living lizard, the Komodo Dragon.
DAY 7: WAIKELO
Overnight cruise to Sumba North coast. After breakfast, our crew will help you to disembark and join private transport from the resort to reach Nihiwatu on the South coast.
DAY 1: LABUAN BAJO & GILI LAWA DARAT
On arrival at the airport, our crew will transfer you to Lamima. While the guests are relaxing and having lunch, we will set sail for Gili Lawa Laut. There, we will anchor in a secluded bay with stunning scenery close to some of the most exciting dives in Indonesia.
Here, you will dive or snorkel with schools of fish including trevally, groupers, sweetlips, barracudas, and white tip reef sharks. These waters are teeming with incredible marine life. In the afternoon, we will take a hike to a spectacular viewpoint from where we can see Lamima anchored in the bay.
DAY 2: MT. SANGEANG ISLAND
Active volcano called Sangeang is a natural phenomenon with amazing topography. Reefs are excellent here with good visibility and volcanic black sand background allowing you to appreciate the colorful soft and hard corals, as well as different types of anemones.
Dive on Hot Rock Reef on the active volcano to be surrounded by harmless but amazing sulfur bubbles from a natural underwater vent.
DAY 3: GILI BANTA

DAY 5: KARANG MAKASSAR & PADAR ISLAND
This morning we will monitor the tide to go at the right time to “Makassar straight,” where we will swim and drift with the Manta. This is a place where you can see “mantas train” it is quite common to see around ten mantas following each other swimming in the current in search of food.
During lunch, we will cruise to the island of Padar. Get your camera ready for the most epic Komodo picture of three bays from the top
of Padar Island. Divers can check out nearby Three Sisters. In the afternoon, walk across the narrowest part of the island to Pink Beach, where tiny pink organisms called Foraminifera give the beach its distinct color.
DAY 6: SOUTH RINCA
In the morning, sail to South Rinca, one of the region’s best dive sites. Here, you will get to experience the best of what Komodo National Park has to offer. Swim with nudibranch, turtles, sea snakes and frogfish among some of the most colorful coral in Indonesia. After lunch, we will take you by tender to the shore where you will be able to see the world’s largest living lizard, the Komodo Dragon.
DAY 7: MANTA ALLEY
Here is the place we will swim with the mantas. Most of the time we can see “mantas train,” this is a group of mantas one behind the other using the current to get food as well as be cleaned by the little fish who stay there.
DAY 8: KOMODO CHANNEL, TATAWA BESAR
Long white sandy beach with pristine waters welcome us at Komodo Island. A morning trekking will take us to visit the Komodo Dragon.
DAY 9: SEBAYUR ISLAND
A nice island with a small boutique resort.
DAY 10: SABOLON ISLAND
Sabolon Island where we will drop anchor and enjoy watersport for the rest of the afternoon followed by a sunset cocktail on the beach.
DAY 11: LABUAN BAJO
Early cruise to Bidadari Island where you will be able to enjoy your last swim and watersport before we transfer you back to the port by tender from where a private vehicle will take to you to Labuan Bajo Airport for your onward journey.
DAY 1: BATANTA ISLAND
Arrive in Sorong airport from where it is a short 20-minute journey by private vehicle and tender to Lamima, your home for the next seven nights. Once aboard, set sail for Batanta Island where we will anchor for our first night. The smallest of Raja Ampat’s four main islands, Batanta is the perfect introduction to the beauty of the reef and rainforest.
DAY 2: FAM ISLANDS
In the morning, we will sail to the beautiful Fam Islands to enjoy hidden bays and sheltered blue lagoons. Explore the island by kayak or dive to see some of the most beautiful coral gardens in the region. In the early evening, we will take a sunset hike where you can reach the highest point on one of the islands and admire the panoramic views.
DAY 3: KAWE ISLAND
One of the closest islands to the Equator in Raja Ampat, Kawe Island offers spectacular white sand beaches and beautiful scenery including a lovely waterfall on the western side of the island. Fantastic opportunities for diving and snorkeling awaits, where you will find impressive coral formations teeming with schools of fish. You may even be lucky enough to swim with manta rays.
DAY 4: WAYAG ISLAND
Arrive in the Wayag Archipelago, the jewel of Raja Ampat, and enjoy a day amongst the region’s most iconic scenery. It’s well worth making the effort to climb one of the many island peaks for breathtaking views of the stunning landscapes. You will also be able to dive or snorkel; experiencing the incredibly rich marine life, or paddle board along the shoreline of the dramatic limestone islands. In the evening we can enjoy a few cocktails and a barbecue on the beach.
DAY 5: WOFOH ISLAND
Wofoh Island is ideal for divers and non-divers alike. Multiple dive sites offer a mix of hard coral, barrel sponges, and soft corals teeming with colorful fish. The calm surrounding waters are ideal for kayaking and paddle-boarding while the islands’ gorgeous white sand beaches are the perfect location for sundowners and barbecue dinner.
DAY 6: KRI ISLAND
The waters of Kri Island offer some of the very best diving in all of Raja Ampat and its spectacular reef holds the world record for the number of fish species recorded in a single dive. As well as great schools of trevallies, tuna, and barracuda, this is one of the few locations where you can spot wobbegongs. A nearby long white sandbank is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.
DAY 7: KABUI BAY
Rise early and head ashore for a 40-minute trek into the jungle to look for the magnificent Red Bird of Paradise. Afterward, using the tenders, explore ‘The Passage’, a narrow strait that runs between Gam and Waigeo, where the rainforest meets the reef in a labyrinth of limestone teeming with wildlife. Here you can also enjoy bird watching or perhaps partake in some paddle boarding or kayaking before an overnight cruise to Matan Island.
DAY 8: SORONG
Enjoy a final swim before cruising back to Sorong where our journey ends. A tender and private vehicle will transfer you to Sorong Airport for your journey home or onward travel.
DAY 1: SENAPAN ISLAND
Arrive in Sorong Airport from where it is a short 20-minute journey by private vehicle and tender to Lamima. Once on board, we will have a short cruise to reach Senapan Island. This is a small island surrounded by white sand beach and great reef offering beautiful snorkeling. Your perfect place to try all our watersports. Overnight cruise to Farondi follows.
DAY 2: FARONDI
This small group of islands is often the favorite place for divers due to its very specific seascape. Great marine life and amazingly diverse and colorful coral awaits divers. Perfect rugged bays to explore in Kayak or paddleboard.
DAY 3 & 4: TOMOLOL
There are so many little islands around, some people called them Thousand Temple. Here, there is one of the greatest cave that we can visit in Misool. The way we go there has to have permission from the local village and the security guards because we have to pass through the bay that has a pearl farm. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the cave. We do swimming and snorkeling to explore the cave.
Activities: Swimming, Kayak, Paddleboard, wakeboard, Snorkeling, and diving.
Diving: Normally the water is very clear. The underwater landscape is very dramatic, some part created like wall and overhang. A lot of fishes and healthy hard coral garden.
DAY 5: FAM ISLAND
The place is popular with a great viewpoint. Nice hidden bay, 10 minutes away from the bay is the best site to snorkel and dive to see healthy hard coral garden, very shallow and clear visibility.
Activities: Hiking, snorkeling, paddleboard, kayak, diving.
Diving: One of the best dive site called Melissa Garden, it is very clear water, shallow dive, healthy hard coral garden, a lot of fish.
DAY 6: WOFOH
There are 2 little islands, each of them has a very soft and clean white beach, good place for barbecue. Usually very clear and calm water, a good place to do paddleboard and kayak around the island itself.
Activities: Swimming, snorkeling, paddleboard, kayak, set up the beach, barbecue, and diving.
Diving: There are many colonies of Black coral, the only place in the north where we can see soft corals grow from the sand. Wobbegong shark and school of fusilier can be found here. There is as well swimming through in the shallow.
DAY 7 & 8: WAYAG ISLANDS
The icon of Raja Ampat with a breathtaking viewpoint, it takes about 25 minutes to go to the top. The island is surrounded by many small islands, creating little-hidden bays. It is a great place to kayak and enjoy the white sand beach all around. There is one ranger station where we can feed Blacktip Reef Sharks. The beach is also good for barbecue (optional). It is a very beautiful place with so many activities to do that two days here seems not enough.
Activities: Hiking, kayak, swimming, snorkeling, paddleboard, shark feeding.
Diving: Mushroom island that extends bigger underwater. Mostly wall dive. In most dive site, we could swim around the reef. Sweetlips and grouper are often seen here.
DAY 9 & 10: BONI (NORTH WAIGEO)
North Waigeo is the best area for surfing in Raja Ampat from September till March. Between Manuran and Moni islands, we will find 5 breaks within 15 miles with good shelter for the night, we can as well visit the small village of Moni on the island and if we are lucky, some of the kids might join us on the waves. Beautiful scenery, no other surfers around except sometimes local kids.
DAY 11: KABUI BAY
The bay is usually very calm so wakeboard, paddleboard, and kayak are highly recommended. As well as jet ski which is allowed there.
Activities: Any water sports, snorkeling, and diving.
At the end of the bay, there is a narrow channel called “The Passage”. This is a fantastic place where the jungle meets the crystal clear tropical water. And in the sky, the birds are present everywhere. This is also a nice dive site. We expect strong current but its very shallow dive. maximum depth is 12 meters. Bumphead parrotfishes, Barracuda as well as Gorgonians and soft coral can be seen there.
DAY 12: MIOSKON ISLAND
Beautiful island with a pretty beach and some of the top dive sites in Raja Ampat (Blue Magic, Mioskon or Chicken reef). Mioskon means sitting island in local Papuan dialect, it’s very famous on the island that you can see the Fruit Bat. The island has a very little but nice white beach.
Activities: The island is in the National Park, the jet ski is not allowed here but swimming, snorkeling, and diving are the place where everybody wishes for.
Diving: Good chances to see Wobbegong Shark and Pygmy Seahorses. Numerous school of fish is also present at the dive site. Manta rays can also be sighted at times.
DAY 13: KRI ISLAND
On the island, there are two dive resorts who is the first based resort in Raja Ampat. In front of that island has a small island but with very long white sand banc beach that we can visit.
Activities: Visit the beach, snorkeling, and diving.
Diving: Cape Kri is the name of the dive site. It’s the house reef of the resort. The underwater is very amazing with so many schooling fish such as Batfish, Barracuda, sweetlips, grouper, and fusilier. There’s also a good chance to see Reef sharks. The dive site is famous for having numerous species of fish. In a single tank dive, 373 species of fish were recorded.
DAY 14: AYEMI, EAST OF BATANTA
Nice long white sand beach, sheltered bay, a good place to do wakeboard, paddleboard, and kayak.
Activities: Any water sport, jetski, swimming, snorkeling, diving.
Diving: Clearwater, shallow dive, sandy bottom, colorful soft corals.
DAY 15: MATAN TO SORONG
Matan is a nice small island with a long, white sandy beach; ideal to relax and do all the watersports you wish during the afternoon. For the diver, this will be a good place for a check dive.
Activities: Any water sports, jetski, swimming, snorkeling, diving.
Diving: It is a very good dive site to do check out dive on the first day. Shallow diving, sandy bottom. Lobster and pygmy seahorse can sometimes be found here.
A short cruise to Sorong where guests will disembark after breakfast. The crew will transfer them to the airport.

DAY 5: TOMOLOL (1000 TEMPLES)
Early cruise to reach the amazing Tomolol Bay in Misool Island. The bay bristles with hundreds of small Karst formation islands, each completely different from one another. Dramatic scenery, yet very sheltered, it is a maze-like paradise, with crystal clear water, where it is easy to get lost. We visit a massive cave with stalactites and little windows of light from above, into which we can either swim or paddle into complete and silent darkness. It is a sacred place for the local people.
DAY 6: FARONDI
This small group of islands is often the favorite place for divers due to its very specific seascape. You will see a great variety of marine life and amazingly diverse and colorful coral. There are also perfectly rugged bays to explore in Kayak or paddle board.
DAY 7: PISANG ISLAND
This is a perfect place to spend a day on the way to Kiti Kiti. In the middle of nowhere, you will find sheltered bays between a group of small islands with a beautiful beach, great diving, and perfect for surface water sports.
DAY 8: KITI-KITI WATERFALL
Arrive in the Wayag Archipelago. The jewel of Raja, Kiti Kiti, is a large and powerful waterfall cascading directly into the sea in a beautiful bay. It has long been used by the locals to replenish their water supplies. We can enjoy a natural shower, lounge on the beach, explore the rainforest and maybe even spot a tree kangaroo. This is an interesting freshwater spot to dive or snorkel in, as it is home to still- undiscovered endemic species.
DAY 9: TRITON BAY (overnight cruise)
Early morning arrival at the dramatic mouth of Triton Bay, which extends some 50 kilometers inland, with coral reefs still flourishing in it. Rising ‘castles’ of limestone, and beyond them the high mountains of New Guinea’s virgin jungle. Exotic birds and insect-eating plants. Superb diving in crystal-clear water with an immense variety of fish and coral.
DAY 10: NAMATOTA
A short, early cruise brings us to Namatota. We visit the charming little village of “Maimai” to ask the chief for his permission to swim with the whale sharks. This is the only place in the world where they do not migrate and haunt the ‘bagans’ or fishing platforms all year round. Sperm whales are often spotted here too. We then take a tender cruise to look for the very ancient cliff paintings which abound in the area.
DAY 11: KAIMANA
Early morning cruise to Kaimana where guests will disembark after breakfast. The crew will transfer you to the airport.
